| dc.description.abstract | โครงการออกแบบศูนย์ฝึกอบรมนิวทริไลท์เน็กซ์เจนสู่อนาคต (Nutrilite NextGen Future Training) มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่และหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมด้านสุขภาวะแบบองค์รวม สำหรับคนรุ่น ใหม ่ที ่ต้องการเติบโตทั้งด้านสุขภาพ ผู้น า และธุรกิจอย ่างยั ่งยืน ภายใต้แนวคิด (From Seed to Supplement) ของนิวทริไลท์ หลักสูตรเน้นการเรียนรู้ผ ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง (Learning by Doing) ครอบคลุมความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ การตลาด การสร้างแบรนด์ และการสื่อสาร พร้อมปลูกฝัง แนวคิดความยั่งยืนและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมโครงการมุ่งหวังให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถน าความรู้ไป ประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาธุรกิจและคุณภาพชีวิตของตนเอง พร้อมเติบโตเป็นผู้น าด้านสุขภาพที่ สามารถสร้างคุณค่าและขยายผลสู่สังคมได้อย่างยั่งยืนโดยถ่ายทอดผ่านการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรม อย่างสมดุล ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังจากโครงการ คือการสร้างศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่ผสานสถาปัตยกรรมกับพื้นที่สี เขียว เพื่อส่งเสริมแนวคิดสุขภาพและความยั่งยืน ควบคู่กับการเป็นพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และสร้าง เครือข่ายระหว่างผู้เข้าร่วมผู้เข้าอบรมจะเข้าใจกระบวนการผลิตของนิวทริไลท์ ตั้งแต่ต้นทางวัตถุดิบ จนถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ สามารถน าเสนอสินค้าได้อย่างมืออาชีพผ่านเทคนิคเล่าเรื่องและพัฒนาบทบาทตนเอง เป็น “นักสร้างคุณค่าทางสุขภาพ” นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังมุ่งสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้เข้าร่วมจาก หลากหลายพื้นที่ พร้อมปลูกฝังจิตส านึกด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และส่งเสริมการด าเนินธุรกิจสุขภาพอย่าง รับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและยั่งยืนในระยะยาว โครงการออกแบบศูนย์ฝึกอบรมนิวทริไลท์เน็กซ์เจนสู่อนาคต (Nutrilite NextGen Future Training) มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาศูนย์การเรียนรู้และฝึกอบรมด้านสุขภาวะแบบองค์รวม เพื่อสร้าง ผู้น ารุ่นใหม่ด้านธุรกิจสุขภาพ โดยมีแอมเวย์ ประเทศไทย เป็นเจ้าของโครงการตั้งอยู่บริเวณเขาสก จังหวัด สุราษฎร์ธานี โครงการรองรับกลุ ่มผู้ใช้งานหลากหลาย ได้แก ่ นักธุรกิจรุ ่นใหม ่ เยาวชน นักเรียน นักศึกษา และผู้สนใจด้านสุขภาพ โดยมีการจัดพื้นที่ใช้งานหลัก สามารถต่อยอดสู่ชุมชนใน อนาคต |
| dc.description.abstract | The “Nutrilite NextGen Future Training” project aims to develop a holistic wellness training space and curriculum for young people who want to grow sustainably in health, leadership, and business, under Nutrilite’s “From Seed to Supplement” concept. The curriculum emphasizes learning through hands-on experience (Learning by Doing), covering product knowledge, marketing, branding, and communication, while instilling sustainability and social responsibility. The project hopes that participants will be able to apply their knowledge to develop their businesses and improve their quality of life, becoming health leaders who can create value and expand their impact sustainably to society, all conveyed through a balanced architectural design. The expected outcome of the project is the creation of a learning center that integrates architecture with green spaces to promote health and sustainability concepts, while also serving as a platform for knowledge exchange and networking among participants. Participants will gain an understanding of Nutrilite's production process, from raw materials to finished products, be able to professionally present products using storytelling techniques, and develop their roles as "health value creators." Furthermore, the project aims to foster collaboration among participants from diverse backgrounds, cultivate environmental awareness, and promote socially responsible and sustainable health business practices in the long term. The Nutrilite NextGen Training Center project aims to develop a holistic wellness learning and training center to cultivate a new generation of health business leaders. Owned by Amway Thailand, the center is located in Khao Sok, Surat Thani province. It caters to diverse user groups including young entrepreneurs, youth, students, and those interested in health. Key functional areas include training spaces, wellness facilities, a model farm, accommodation, community areas, and supporting spaces. The design concept, "Learning Landscape & Wellness Community," connects nature, learning, and lifestyle while preserving the existing ecosystem and creating experiential learning environments. |
