| dc.description.abstract | บทคัดย่อ โครงการศูนย์การเรียนรู้นกปรอดหัวโขน ตั้งอยู่ ณ ต.ท่าสาป อ.เมืองยะลา จ.ยะลา มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่ออนุรักษ์นกปรอดหัวโขน ซึ่งเป็นสัตว์ป่าคุ้มครองที่มีเอกลักษณ์และมีความสำคัญต่อวิถีชีวิต วัฒนธรรม และกิจกรรมการแข่งขันนกกรงหัวจุก โครงการมุ่งสร้างองค์ความรู้และความเข้าใจการเลี้ยงนกอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และการเพาะพันธุ์นกในระบบที่ยั่งยืน เพื่อลดการล่าและการซื้อขายนกจากธรรมชาติ อันเป็นสาเหตุสำคัญของการลดลงของประชากรนกในระบบนิเวศ โครงการยังให้ความสำคัญและที่คำนึงถึง สวัสดิภาพสัตว์ ความปลอดภัย โดยทำงานร่วมกับภาครัฐและชุมชนท้องถิ่น ซึ่งนอกจากจะช่วยยกระดับการเลี้ยงนกอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบแล้ว ยังสามารถสร้างรายได้เสริม ส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจชุมชนและพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมและธรรมชาติในพื้นที่จังหวัดยะลา โครงการรองรับผู้ใช้งาน ได้แก่ คนในชุมชน ผู้เลี้ยงนก นักท่องเที่ยว เจ้าหน้าที่ และนกปรอดหัวโขนซึ่งเป็นผู้ใช้งานหลัก พื้นที่ใช้งานประกอบด้วยส่วนการเรียนรู้และนิทรรศการ พื้นที่อนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูนก พื้นที่กิจกรรมชุมชน พื้นที่ธรรมชาติ และส่วนบริการต่าง ๆ ซึ่งถูกออกแบบให้เกิดความสมดุลระหว่างกิจกรรมของมนุษย์และสิ่งแวดล้อม แนวคิด“การอยู่ร่วม กันอย่างสมดุลระหว่างคนนกแลธรรมชาติโดยใช้สถาปัตยกรรมเป็นสื่อกลาง ในการสร้างประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ผ่านพื้นที่จริงส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นกับการอนุรักษ์สัตว์ป่า ลดขอบเขตระหว่างพื้นที่มนุษย์และธรรมชาติ และสร้างระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืนในระยะยาว ทั้งในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และเศรษฐกิจชุมชน โครงการศูนย์การเรียนรู้นกปรอดหัวโขนจึงทำหน้าที่เป็นทั้งศูนย์อนุรักษ์ แหล่งเรียนรู้ พื้นที่วัฒนธรรม และพื้นที่สาธารณะเชิงนิเวศ ที่มุ่งสร้างความตระหนักรู้ด้านการอนุรักษ์สัตว์ป่า |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The Red-whiskered Bulbul Learning Center Project is located in Thasap Subdistrict, Mueang Yala District, Yala Province, Thailand. The primary objective of the project is to conserve the red-whiskered bulbul, a protected wildlife species that holds cultural significance and is closely connected to local lifestyles and traditional bulbul singing competitions. The project aims to provide knowledge and public understanding of legal and responsible bird keeping, while promoting sustainable breeding practices to reduce hunting and illegal trade from natural habitats, which are major causes of declining bird populations in ecosystems. The project emphasizes animal welfare and safety through collaboration between government agencies and local communities. In addition to encouraging responsible bird keeping, the center aims to generate supplementary income, strengthen the local economy, and promote cultural and nature-based tourism in Yala Province. The project serves various user groups, including local residents, bird owners, tourists, staff members, and the red-whiskered bulbuls themselves, which are considered the primary users of the space. The program includes learning and exhibition areas, conservation and rehabilitation zones, community activity spaces, natural landscape areas, and supporting service facilities. All spaces are designed to create a balance between human activities and the natural environment. The main concept of the project is “Human–Bird–Nature Coexistence,” using architecture as a medium to create experiential learning environments that connect local culture with wildlife conservation. The center functions as a conservation hub, educational facility, cultural space, and ecological public area aimed at raising awareness of wildlife conservation. |

ABSTRACT The Red-whiskered Bulbul Learning Center Project is located in Thasap Subdistrict, Mueang Yala District, Yala Province, Thailand. The primary objective of the project is to conserve the red-whiskered bulbul, a protected wildlife species that holds cultural significance and is closely connected to local lifestyles and traditional bulbul singing competitions.
