| dc.description.abstract | การเดินทางเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของวิถีชีวิตมนุษย์ โดยเฉพาะในบริบทเมืองที่ระบบคมนาคมมีบทบาทต่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม “คิวแท็กซี่เบนซ์ยะลา” เป็นระบบขนส่งพื้นถิ่น ที่มีเอกลักษณ์และเชื่อมโยงผู้คนกับชุมชนมาอย่างยาวนาน อย่างไรก็ตาม พื้นที่ดังกล่าวยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านกายภาพและการใช้งาน ทำให้ไม่สามารถพัฒนาเป็นพื้นที่สาธารณะที่มีคุณภาพได้อย่างเต็มที่ โครงการศูนย์การเรียนรู้จากวิถีการเดินทาง “คิวแท็กซี่เบนซ์ยะลาในฐานะพื้นที่สาธารณะมีชีวิต” จึงมุ่งยกระดับพื้นที่ให้ผสานการเดินทาง การเรียนรู้ และกิจกรรมชุมชนเข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ต้นแบบที่สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่นและส่งเสริมการใช้งานอย่างยั่งยืน โครงการ “ศูนย์การเรียนรู้จากวิถีการเดินทาง: คิวแท็กซี่เบนซ์ยะลาในฐานะพื้นที่สาธารณะ มีชีวิต” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบพื้นที่สาธารณะที่ใช้บริบทของคิวรถแท็กซี่เบนซ์ยะลาเป็นฐานในการเรียนรู้และเชื่อมโยงกับประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่น โดยมุ่งยกระดับพื้นที่ให้เป็นทั้งแหล่งเรียนรู้ พื้นที่กิจกรรม และศูนย์กลางชุมชนที่สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ของระบบขนส่งพื้นถิ่นและวิถีชีวิตของผู้คน พร้อมส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมและการสืบทอดคุณค่าทางวัฒนธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน พื้นที่ตั้งโครงการอยู่บริเวณใจกลางเมืองยะลา ใกล้พิพิธภัณฑ์เมืองยะลา และเชื่อมโยงกับโครงข่ายคมนาคมหลักของเมือง ทำให้สามารถเข้าถึงได้สะดวกและเอื้อต่อการพัฒนาเป็นโซนวัฒนธรรมที่ต่อยอดการเรียนรู้จากอดีตสู่ปัจจุบัน แนวคิดการออกแบบตั้งอยู่บนการมอง “การเดินทาง” ในฐานะกระบวนการทางสังคม ที่ไม่เพียงเป็นการเคลื่อนที่ แต่เป็นพื้นที่ของการพบปะและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ จึงมุ่งฟื้นฟูบทบาทของพื้นที่คมนาคมให้กลับมาเป็นพื้นที่สาธารณะที่มีชีวิต โดยเน้นมนุษย์เป็นศูนย์กลาง ควบคู่กับการออกแบบเพื่อความยั่งยืน ทั้งการใช้แสงธรรมชาติ การเพิ่มพื้นที่สีเขียว และการจัดการน้ำอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการออกแบบพื้นที่ที่มีความยืดหยุ่นต่อการใช้งานในอนาคต อันนำไปสู่การพัฒนาพื้นที่เมืองที่สมดุล สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน |
| dc.description.abstract | Travel is a fundamental aspect of human life, particularly in urban contexts where transportation systems play a crucial role in both the economy and society. The “Yala Benz Taxi Queue” is a distinctive local transport system that has long connected people with surrounding communities. However, the area still faces physical and functional limitations, preventing it from fully developing into a high-quality public space. The project, “Learning Center from the Way of Travel: Yala Benz Taxi Queue as a Living Public Space,” therefore aims to upgrade the site by integrating mobility, learning, and community activities, creating a prototype space that reflects local identity and promotes sustainable use. The project aims to design a public space using the context of the taxi queue as a foundation for learning and as a link to local history. It seeks to transform the area into a learning hub, activity space, and community center that reflects the identity of the local transport system and people’s way of life, while encouraging participation and the preservation of cultural values. Located in the heart of Yala, near the Yala City Museum and connected to the city’s main transportation networks, the site is highly accessible and has the potential to become a cultural zone that extends learning from the past to the present. The design concept is based on viewing “travel” as a social process—not merely movement, but a space for interaction and relationship-building. The project aims to restore the role of transportation spaces as vibrant public spaces by adopting a human-centered approach, alongside sustainable design strategies such as natural lighting, increased green spaces, and efficient water management. It also emphasizes flexibility in spatial design to accommodate future uses, contributing to balanced urban development that reflects local identity and enhances the quality of life in the community. |
