| dc.description.abstract | พื้นที่ป่านันทนาการทะเลหมอกอัยเยอร์เวง อำเภอเบตง จังหวัดยะลา เป็นพื้นที่เขตป่านันทนาการของกรมป่าไม้ มีลักษณะพื้นที่เป็นภูเขาสูง มีทะเลหมอกปกคลุมตลอดปี ล้อมรอบด้วยป่าอุดมสมบูรณ์และชุมชนหลายชาติพันธุ์ การพัฒนาพื้นที่นี้เพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงคุณภาพและการพักผ่อนเชิงอนุรักษ์จึงมีความสำคัญ เนื่องจากพื้นที่ดังกล่าวมีศักยภาพสูงแต่การจัดการและการใช้ประโยชน์ยังไม่เต็มที่ การสร้างโครงการที่พักเชิงพิเศษจึงมีเป้าหมายในการเชื่อมโยงธรรมชาติ วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิตชุมชนเข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อเป็นต้นแบบโครงการที่พักเชิงนิเวศระดับพรีเมียม ให้กับป่านันทนาการทั่วประเทศไทย การศึกษานี้เริ่มต้นจากการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาหลักของพื้นที่ ซึ่งปัญหาหลักคือยังไม่มีที่พักระดับพรีเมียมรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ต้องการประสบการณ์พักผ่อนคุณภาพสูง การศึกษาเริ่มจากการศึกษาบริบททางสังคม วัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ลักษณะภูมิประเทศ ภูมิอากาศ หลักการการเกิดหมอก และเกณฑ์การออกแบบภายใต้พื้นที่ป่านันทนาการทะเลหมอก อัยเยอร์เวง เพื่อนำมาสังเคราะห์ร่วมกับกรอบแนวคิดด้านสถาปัตยกรรมพื้นถิ่น การออกแบบเพื่อความยืดหยุ่นและหลักการออกแบบที่ยั่งยืนให้เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ลาดชันตามแนวสันเขา โดยกระบวนการศึกษาเน้นการสำรวจภาคสนามและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทางกายภาพอย่างละเอียด เพื่อนำไปสู่กระบวนการวางผังโครงการที่สามารถบูรณาการพื้นที่พักผ่อนเข้ากับกิจกรรมเชิงวัฒนธรรม การเรียนรู้วิถีชุมชน และการท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติได้อย่างกลมกลืน โครงการที่พักเชิงนิเวศระดับพรีเมียมในพื้นที่ป่านันทนาการทะเลหมอกอัยเยอร์เวง อำเภอเบตง จังหวัดยะลา โครงการตั้งอยู่บนพื้นที่ป่านันทนาการทะเลหมอกอัยเยอร์เวง ซึ่งประกอบด้วยโซนเวลเนสและรีทรีทสำหรับผ่อนคลาย เช่น สปาธรรมชาติ นวดสมุนไพร โยคะ และสมาธิ รวมถึงกิจกรรมผจญภัยเชิงนิเวศ เช่น ซิปไลน์ เดินป่า และเยี่ยมชมหมู่บ้านวัฒนธรรม เจ้าของโครงการคือหน่วยงานพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ ส่วนผู้ใช้สอยหลักคือนักท่องเที่ยวที่มุ่งพักผ่อนและเรียนรู้วิถีชุมชน โครงการนี้มุ่งสร้างต้นแบบการพัฒนาพื้นที่ป่านันทนาการอย่างสมดุล ระหว่างการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติและการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจท้องถิ่น แนวคิดหลักของโครงการคือ “Retreat in the Mist” มุ่งเน้นการพักผ่อนแบบรีทรีทและเวลเนส พร้อมกิจกรรมผจญภัยเชิงนิเวศ เช่น ซิปไลน์ เดินป่า และชมหมู่บ้านวัฒนธรรม การออกแบบอ้างอิงกรณีศึกษา Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle ซึ่งเป็นรีสอร์ทเชิงอนุ-รักษ์บนภูเขา แต่โครงการได้ปรับรูปแบบให้เหมาะกับภูมิอากาศอบอุ่นชื้นและทะเลหมอกตลอดปีของพื้นที่ภาคใต้ พร้อมจัดแบ่งพื้นที่ตามแบบ “Layer of retreat” ที่จัดแบ่งพื้นที่การเข้าถึง จากส่วนสาธารณะ กึ่งสาธารณะ และส่วนส่วนตัว เพื่อตอบโจทย์ลำดับการบำบัดและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับลูกค้า ส่งผลให้โครงการทำหน้าที่เป็นโครงการที่พักเชิงนิเวศต้นแบบให้กับพื้นที่ป่านันทนาการทั่วประเทศไทยที่ยืดหยุ่นและยั่งยืน |
| dc.description.abstract | The Ayerweng Mist Sea Recreational Forest, located in Betong District, Yala Province, Thailand, is a designated recreational forest area under the Royal Forest Department. The site is characterized by high mountainous terrain, with mist covering the area throughout the year. It is surrounded by rich, fertile forests and diverse multi-ethnic communities. The development of this area to promote high-quality tourism and conservation-oriented recreation is therefore of great importance, as the site possesses high potential but remains underutilized in terms of management and development. The establishment of a specialized accommodation project aims to integrate nature, culture, and local ways of life, serving as a prototype for premium eco-accommodation within recreational forest areas across Thailand. This study begins with an analysis of the site’s primary issues, identifying the lack of premium accommodation to support tourists seeking high-quality leisure experiences as a key concern. The research process includes an in-depth study of social and cultural contexts, local wisdom, tourist attractions, topography, climate conditions, the formation of mist, and design criteria within the Ayerweng Mist Sea recreational forest area. These factors are synthesized with concepts of vernacular architecture, flexible design strategies, and sustainable design principles, adapted to the steep ridge-top terrain. The methodology emphasizes field surveys and detailed physical analysis, leading to a master planning process that integrates leisure spaces with cultural activities, community-based learning, and nature-based tourism in a harmonious manner. The proposed Premium eco-lodge project in the Aiyerweng fog recreation forest, Betong, Yala. The development features wellness and retreat zones designed for relaxation, including natural spa treatments, herbal massage, yoga, and meditation, as well as eco-adventure activities such as zip-lining, hiking, and visits to cultural villages. The project is commissioned by a conservation tourism development agency, with primary users being tourists seeking both relaxation and cultural learning experiences. The project aims to establish a balanced model for recreational forest development, integrating environmental conservation with local economic growth. The main concept of the project, “Retreat in the Mist,” emphasizes the combination of wellness and retreat experiences with eco-adventure activities, including zip-lining, hiking, and exploring cultural villages. The design is inspired by the case study of Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, an eco-luxury mountain resort, but is adapted to suit the warm, humid climate and year-round mist conditions of southern Thailand. The spatial organization follows a “Layer of Retreat” approach, arranging zones based on levels of accessibility from public, semi-public, to private areas to support a sequential healing process and create optimal user experiences. As a result, the project serves as a flexible and sustainable prototype for eco-accommodation development within recreational forest areas throughout Thailand. |
