| dc.description.abstract | โครงการศูนย์กลางสำนักงานสร้างสรรค์อาร์ตทอย กรุงเทพฯ เริ่มต้นขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการพื้นที่สร้างสรรค์สำหรับกลุ่มศิลปินไทย นักออกแบบ และนักสะสมอาร์ตทอย และมีความสำคัญในฐานะเครื่องมือเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการคือการจัดตั้งศูนย์กลางที่รวมพื้นที่ทำงาน สตูดิโอ เวิร์กช็อป และแกลเลอรี่ไว้ในอาคารเดียว ซึ่งสามารถส่งเสริมการพัฒนาผลงานและส่งเสริมชุมชนศิลปินในกรุงเทพฯ โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นโดยกรอบแนวคิดของ Creative Hub และ Co-Working Space และขยายไปยัง Digital Fabrication Lab (การพิมพ์ 3 มิติ / CNC), Content Creation Studio สื่อดิจิทัล, Marketplace & Auction Space การซื้อขายอาร์ตทอยทั้งแบบกายภาพและ NFT สถานที่ที่เราสามารถเปิดธุรกิจสร้างสรรค์ที่สามารถตอบสนองการพัฒนาตลาดอาร์ตทอย แนวคิดการออกแบบที่ยืดหยุ่นและการออกแบบโครงสร้างที่สามารถถอดประกอบ ปรับเปลี่ยน และนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้ พื้นที่จะสามารถรองรับกิจกรรมหลากหลายประเภท ตั้งแต่นิทรรศการชั่วคราวไปจนถึงการทำกิจกรรมขนาดใหญ่ ดังนั้นแนวคิดนี้สามารถนำมาใช้กับโครงการ โดยการออกแบบโครงสร้างและระบบภายในของพื้นที่เพื่อความสะดวกในการปรับเปลี่ยนเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต โครงการตั้งอยู่ในเขตพญาไทของกรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่เศรษฐกิจสำคัญที่เชื่อมต่อกับใจกลางเมือง (CBD) รวมถึงเขตการศึกษา เช่น พญาไท และใกล้เคียงกับสยาม จึงมีศักยภาพสูงในบริบทเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ มีการเชื่อมต่อกับบริการขนส่งมวลชน เช่น สถานี BTS พญาไท และ Airport Rail Link ทำให้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีสำหรับผู้ใช้ทั้งในเมืองและจากจังหวัดอื่น ๆ รวมถึงนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ ทั้งหมดนี้จะมีส่วนช่วยโดยตรงในการสร้างศูนย์กลางสำนักงานสร้างสรรรค์อาร์ตทอย เนื่องจากจะสร้าง "ระบบนิเวศสร้างสรรค์" จากศูนย์เชื่อมโยงศิลปิน ผู้ประกอบการ ผู้บริโภค และจะเปลี่ยนอาคารจากพื้นที่ทำงานเป็นเครื่องจักรเศรษฐกิจและวัฒนธรรมที่มีชีวิต ซึ่งสามารถสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมอาร์ตทอยของไทยในระดับเมืองและระดับโลกได้อย่างยั่งยืน |
| dc.description.abstract | Creative Art Toy Office Center,Bangkok project was initiated in response to the demand for a creative space for Thai artists, designers, and art toy collectors, and serves as an important instrument for the creative economy. The objective of the project is to establish a central hub that integrates workspaces, studios, workshops, and galleries within a single building, which can support creative development and foster an artist community in Bangkok. The project is developed under the concepts of a Creative Hub and Co-Working Space, expanding its functions to include a Digital Fabrication Lab (3D Printing/CNC), a Content Creation Studio for digital media production, and a Marketplace & Auction Space for trading art toys in both physical and NFT formats. The facility is envisioned as a creative business platform capable of supporting the growth of the art toy market. The design concept emphasizes flexibility, with structural and spatial systems that can be dismantled, modified, and reused. The spaces are designed to accommodate a wide variety of activities, ranging from temporary exhibitions to large-scale events. Therefore, this concept is applied to the project through the design of adaptable structures and interior systems that facilitate future modifications and respond to changing needs over time. The project is located in the Phaya Thai District of Bangkok, an important economic area connected to the Central Business District (CBD), as well as educational zones such as Phaya Thai and the nearby Siam area. Consequently, the site possesses strong potential within the context of the creative economy. It is well connected to public transportation services, including BTS Phaya Thai Station and the Airport Rail Link, making it an accessible destination for users from within the city, other provinces, and international tourists. These factors directly contribute to the establishment of the Art Toy Creative Office Hub by creating a “creative ecosystem” that connects artists, entrepreneurs, and consumers. The project aims to transform the building from a conventional workplace into a living economic and cultural engine capable of sustainably supporting Thailand’s art toy industry at both the urban and global levels. |
