| dc.description.abstract | ในช่วงสองทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา กระแสอุตสาหกรรมบันเทิงเกาหลีใต้ โดยเฉพาะ “K-pop” ได้สร้างอิทธิพลต่อวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัยทั่วโลก ผ่านระบบการฝึกฝนศิลปินอย่างเข้มข้นและมีมาตรฐานระดับสากล แนวทาง “Trainee System” ของค่ายบันเทิงเกาหลี เช่น SM, JYP, YG และ HYBE ได้กลายเป็นต้นแบบให้หลายประเทศ รวมถึงประเทศไทย นำมาปรับใช้ในกระบวนการสร้างศิลปินรุ่นใหม่ ความนิยมนี้ได้ส่งผลให้เกิดโรงเรียนสอนเต้น ร้องเพลง และคลาสพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพจำนวนมากในไทย ทว่าการฝึกส่วนใหญ่ยังแยกเป็นรายวิชาเฉพาะทางและขาดการเชื่อมโยงเป็นระบบครบวงจร ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการพัฒนาเยาวชนที่ต้องการเติบโตเป็นศิลปินอาชีพอย่างแท้จริง โครงการ “The Idol Academy: ศูนย์ฝึกศิลปินครบวงจร” จึงถูกพัฒนาขึ้นจากแนวคิดการต่อยอดระบบฝึกฝนศิลปินแบบเกาหลี ให้เข้ากับบริบททางวัฒนธรรมและสังคมไทย โดยใช้แนวคิดหลัก “From Practice to Performance” — จากพื้นที่ฝึกฝนสู่พื้นที่แสดงออก — เป็นกรอบในการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมที่ส่งเสริมทั้งกระบวนการเรียนรู้ การสร้างสรรค์ และการพัฒนาตัวตนของเยาวชน โครงการอ้างอิงทฤษฎี Performative Architecture, Creative Learning Space และ Safe Space for Youth พร้อมศึกษากรณีตัวอย่างจากสถาบันจริง เช่น Superstar College of Arts (SCA), Next Idol Academy, และ 64 SixtyFour Studio เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้แนวทางที่เหมาะสมกับการพัฒนาอาคารและระบบฝึกฝนในบริบทไทย โครงการนี้ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่เขตเมืองกรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งเข้าถึงระบบขนส่งสาธารณะได้สะดวก ภายในประกอบด้วยฟังก์ชันหลัก ได้แก่ พื้นที่ฝึกซ้อม (Training Zone), สตูดิโอผลิตผลงาน (Production Zone), เวทีแสดงและออดิชัน (Performance Zone) รวมถึงพื้นที่สาธารณะและคาเฟ่สำหรับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน เจ้าของโครงการคือองค์กรเอกชนร่วมกับกลุ่มพัฒนาศิลปินในประเทศไทย โดยมีผู้ใช้อาคารหลักเป็นเยาวชน นักเรียนศิลปิน ครูฝึก และโปรดิวเซอร์ โครงการนี้มุ่งหมายให้สถาปัตยกรรมเป็นกลไกสนับสนุน “การเติบโตของศิลปินยุคใหม่” อย่างสมบูรณ์ทั้งในมิติของอาชีพ พื้นที่ และความฝัน |
| dc.description.abstract | Over the past two decades, South Korea’s entertainment industry—particularly K-pop—has profoundly influenced global contemporary culture through its highly structured and standardized artist training system, known as the Trainee System. This model has inspired many countries, including Thailand, to develop similar pathways for nurturing new-generation artists. However, most training institutions in Thailand remain fragmented, focusing on individual disciplines such as dance, singing, or personality development, without an integrated system that fully supports the professional growth of young performers. The project “The Idol Academy: A Comprehensive Artist Training Center” is conceived to extend the concept of the Korean training system while adapting it to the Thai cultural and social context. Guided by the core concept “From Practice to Performance,” the design aims to create architectural spaces that encourage learning, creativity, and personal development. The theoretical framework is grounded in Performative Architecture, Creative Learning Space, and Safe Space for Youth, with case studies including Superstar College of Arts (SCA), Next Idol Academy, and 64 SixtyFour Studio, which inform both architectural and operational strategies. Located in the urban area of Bangkok with convenient access to public transportation, the project comprises three main functional zones: Training Zone, Production Zone, and Performance Zone, along with public and community spaces such as a café and shared plaza. Developed by a private organization in collaboration with Thai artist development groups, the primary users include young trainees, artist students, instructors, and producers. Ultimately, The Idol Academy envisions architecture as an empowering mechanism that supports the professional, creative, and personal growth of the new generation of artists. focuses on creating learning experiences through light, movement, and touch, aiming to bridge the “world of silence” with shared social understanding in a tangible way. |
